They say a sneeze brings one closest to death.
And since I sneeze often
I have stood at death’s doorstep frequently.
Perhaps death is offended by some aspect of me.
With so many opportunities,
It has rejected me over and over.
What do you fear in me, Death?
That I might sneeze upon you?
